Brochures -Each student & adult attending must complete a registration form. If you wish to edit the brochure to fit your needs, I have included the Publisher File. 
 

Church Registration Form & Deposit DUE FEB 5th – Each church needs to estimate how many people (students and adults) will be attending from your church. You will not be held to this number. All deposits will be applied toward your final balance. Each Youth Leader must complete the church registration form and include one church check for the deposit amount made payable to SO-FLO Student Ministries. The church registration form, deposit check & church certificate of insurance for your group must be mailed to Granada Presbyterian Church Attn: Rosie Dobson• 950 University Drive, Coral Gables, Florida 33134 by Friday, Feb 5th

Final Registration Form & Balance DUE FEB 26th - A final registration form is included, and we request that it is received by us no later than Friday, February 26th. This allows us to finalize numbers, order T-shirts, and arrange cabins. This form must include the final payment as well. Again, the final payment needs to be one church check made payable to SO-FLO Student Ministries and sent to Granada Presbyterian Church • 950 University Drive, Coral Gables, Florida 33134.
