Form and Deposit due by January 20th
Each church needs to estimate how many people (students and adults) will be attending from your church. You will not be held to this number. All deposits will be applied toward your final balance. Each Youth Leader must complete the church registration form and include one church check for the deposit amount made payable to SO-FLO Student Ministries. The church registration form & church certificate of insurance for your group must be mailed in by Friday, January 20th, to

A final registration form is included, and we request that it is received to us no later than Friday, February 17th. This allows us to finalize numbers, order T-shirts, and arrange cabins. This form must also include the final payment.
