How a Church Participates in MORPH

Cost is $130 per person.

Covers food lodging, speaker, worship team, T-shirt and program elements.

Your church determines their cost per person factoring in transportation, scholarships, and cost of leaders.

Your church publicizes MORPH directing students to register online at www.morphweekend.com. (Download a pre-made flyer you can edit)

Your Church will collect the payments for your group. If there is a link for your church to receive online payments, it can be added to the registration form for your students only!

Churches will receive a list of who has registered before the final number deadline to confirm their numbers.

The final number deadline will commit your church to said amount. Once the final number deadline passes, your church will pay the total amount on the final invoice even if people can’t come at the last minute.

MORPH is responsible for paying for each participant after the final number deadline.

Your church is responsible for arranging their churches arrival and departure from the retreat and providing Adult leaders for their church. Ideally, this would be a 1/8 ratio. All leaders must be vetted and background checked by the individual church.

Adult leaders will be responsible for overseeing that students are safe, participating in the MORPH schedule and are accounted for at all times. Adult leaders are also necessary for facilitating cabin times and church meeting times.

Upon arrival, your church will check in. There you will be given all the materials you need for the weekend, including event bracelets for meals and cabin assignments.

At check-in, we will reconcile your final numbers and receive final payments. Please have one check made out to Old Cutler Presbyterian Church.
